Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Ordered a Designer's Choice non-Valentine arrangement for my daughter, last minute, on 2/13! I asked for a certain feel, and the designer delivered. My daughter was delighted, and so I am, as well. Thank you for taking just a bit of direction and creating a lovely, fun moment for my daughter-- and on such a busy day for a florist!

I am not in the DC area, but wanted to send flowers to a friend there. I found Le Printemps through Yelp and ordered online. It was such an easy process. I called them to ask if they'd received the note about flower requests, as I selected Designer's Choice because of their announcement about limited flower choices. They were really accommodating and ensured that they'd include the flowers I'd wanted. They were helpful on the phone. The whole process was so smooth. It was great to get the notification that the flowers were delivered. The flowers themselves were gorgeous - my friend was so happy and loved them!
